Acceptable Use Policy

1. Policy Scope

This policy applies to all OrbitScraper accounts, API keys, and platform usage. You must use the SERP Data API only for lawful, authorized, and responsible purposes.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OrbitScraper for:

• Collecting personal data without lawful basis or consent
• Violating third-party terms of service or contractual restrictions
• Unlawful monitoring, surveillance, or tracking of individuals
• Spam, deceptive messaging, or abusive automation
• Credential harvesting, account takeover attempts, or phishing
• Fraud, malware distribution, or any illegal activity

3. Security and Platform Integrity

Do not attempt to disrupt the OrbitScraper service, bypass access controls, interfere with platform operations, or test the service in a way that can degrade availability for other users.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate misuse and take action including throttling, suspension, or account termination. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.
